We are strictly committed to safeguarding your personal and financial data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, secure, and store your information in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and regulatory guidelines issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

1. Data We Collect via the Portal

By creating an account and uploading records to our digital platform, we collect:

Account Credentials: Username, password, and mobile number used for secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Statutory Identifiers: Digital copies of Permanent Account Number (PAN), Aadhaar, GSTIN, TAN, and Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).

Financial Ledger Data: Bank statements, sales/purchase registers, inventory details, payroll sheets, investment proofs, and Form 16.

Technical Footprint: IP addresses, login timestamps, browser types, and portal activity logs.

2. Integration with Tally Ecosystem

To process your accounting data, compile financial statements, and generate statutory tax returns, we integrate your uploaded information with Tally (including TallyPrime and secure Tally Cloud environments).

Data Processing: Your financial transactions, vouchers, and ledger inputs are transferred securely from our portal into our internal Tally ecosystem.

Access Control: Only the specific tax professionals, accountants, or auditors assigned to your file have authorization to access your company data folders inside Tally.

Security Standards: Data processed within Tally is protected by localized user permissions, automated local backups, and encrypted database structures to prevent internal leaks or external breaches.

3. Purpose and Digital Consent

Explicit Consent: By ticking the "I Agree" checkbox, creating a portal account, or uploading documents, you give explicit consent for us to process your data, including compiling it within Tally.

Strict Usage: We process your data solely for filing Income Tax Returns (ITR), managing GST compliance, updating TDS books, and preparing MCA filings.

Consent Withdrawal: You can close your online account at any time. This stops further data processing but does not delete historical records we are legally required to keep.

4. Data Sharing and Government Bridges

Direct E-Filing Pipelines: Our portal and accounting systems link directly with official Indian government servers (Income Tax Department, GSTN, and MCA portals) to upload your finalized tax returns.

No Marketing Disclosures: We never sell, rent, or lease your commercial transactions, turnover details, or personal data to financial brokers, lenders, or marketing agencies.

Legal Compliance: Data will only be disclosed to judicial or statutory law enforcement bodies when backed by a legal warrant or official notice under Indian law.

5. Data Security and Storage Location

Technical Safeguards: All document uploads are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption during transit and AES encryption at rest.

Data Localization: To comply with national data safety standards, all portal databases, Tally data folders, and system backups are hosted exclusively on secure cloud servers located within the physical boundaries of India.

6. Retention and Secure Erasure

Statutory Retention: We store your financial data, Tally backups, and filed tax paperwork for a minimum period of 8 years to fulfill mandatory requirements under the Income Tax Act, 1961, and Companies Act, 2013.

Wiping Records: Once this legal retention period ends, all digital entries, cloud folders, and Tally archival files corresponding to your business will be permanently and securely deleted.

7. Your Rights under the DPDP Act

You have the right to request a summary of your financial information stored on our portal, rectify outdated or incorrect entries, download your digital ledger data, and withdraw your consent for future financial reporting.
